Fried mozzarella sandwiches: crispy outside and creamy and cheesy inside!

This is the best savory treat ready with just a few ingredients! 
 
INGREDIENTS
8 slices of tramezzini
100g (1 cup) of emmentaler cheese
40 g of salami
3 eggs
130g (1 cup) bread crumbs
frying oil
 
METHOD
  1. Start by preparing a salty Tramezzini by placing slices of sandwich bread on a baking sheet or cutting board.
  2. Arrange a slice of emmentaler cheese, a slice of salami and a large slice of cheese on a slice of bread.
  3. Whisk the egg in a bowl, line the inside of the bread with a kitchen brush, and then place another slice of bread on top. Mix the edges of the slices well with your hands, and then roll the whole sandwich in scrambled eggs and bread crumbs.
  4. Heat the oil and bake the sandwiches until golden.
