PERFECT FRIED COD STICKS: so crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside! 😋

INGREDIENTS
700g of cod
1 egg
250ml (1 cup) of sparkling water
190g (1 1/2 cups) of flour

For coating:
Flour
Salt
Paprika
Pepper
Panko

Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Place a cod on the cutting board and cut into pieces.
2. In a bowl add the egg, sparkling water, and flour and mix to combine.
3. In a bowl add the flour, salt, paprika, and pepper and mix to combine.
4. Pass the cod pieces first into flour, then into the prepared batter, and then coat with the panko.
5. Transfer cod sticks to the pan with hot oil and fry them on both sides until they are golden brown.
6. Serve them all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
