Italian Style Potato Fritters: Crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside!

So easy to prepare with just a few simple ingredients. They really are addictive!
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg 
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- 100 gr of Parmesan cheese.
- parsley
- 2 eggs;
- breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes, clean it and mix with egg yolks, pepper, salt and parmesan.
  2. Make potato stick by your hands. Dip it into egg mixture and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil from both sides until golden brown.
