Italian Style Potato Fritters: Crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside!

So easy to prepare with just a few simple ingredients. They really are addictive!
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- 100 gr of Parmesan cheese.
- parsley
- 2 eggs;
- breadcrumbs
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes, clean it and mix with egg yolks, pepper, salt and parmesan.
- Make potato stick by your hands. Dip it into egg mixture and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil from both sides until golden brown.
