Fast tomatoes fritters you'll want to make everyday!
They are ready in just a few minutes, using just a few ingredients. You won’t be able to eat only one!
INGREDIENTS
tomatoes
salt
150g flour
2 eggs
50g Parmesan cheese

2 eggs
50g Parmesan cheese
50g pecorino cheese
80ml milk
8g baking powder
pepper
METHOD
1. Prepare the batter by combining the flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk and yeast.
2. Add the tomatoes and pepper to the batter.
4. Pour a spoonful of the batter into hot oil and let it cook for 2/3 minutes per side.
5. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot.
