Savory tarte: colorful, cheesy and full of flavor!

Ingredients:
2 sheets shortcrust pastry;
2 eggs;
1 cup cream;
2 tbsp parsley, chopped;
¼ cup white onion, minced;
¼ cup tomato, chopped;
¼ cup crispy bacon;
salt and pepper to taste;
2 round blocks of cheese;
1 egg yolk.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Cover round baking pan with one sheet of pastry.
Cut each block of cheese into 4 and place them all around the pan, on top of the pastry.
Cover pan with another sheet of pastry, pinching it at the edges and gently pushing it down the sides of cheese star.
Beat eggs with cream, parsley, onion, bacon, tomato and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture in the center of the tart. Brush sides with beaten egg yolk.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve right away, while cheese is still melted.
