INGREDIENTS

120ml (0.5 cup) water
7g dry yeast
35g (0.2 cup) sugar
7g salt
20g condensed milk
110ml (0.45 cup) cream
350g (2.9 cups) flour (all-purpose)
1 egg
Hazelnut cream
Strawberry jam
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the cake and fold to size 22cm x 14cm x 2cm. Cut into squares. Place the squares on a baking sheet and let rise for 1 hour.
- Brush with an egg. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
