Savory tomato bread: fluffy and full of cheese!

It's so simple and easy to make. Here's a delicious bread to try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup vegetable oil;
½ cup warm water;
½ tbsp. sugar;
½ tbsp. salt;
½ cup warm milk;
½ package dry yeast;
3-3 ½ cups flour;
1 egg white;
½ cup butter, melted;
1 tsp chili powder;
1 tsp paprika;
sliced mozzarella, parsley for serving.
METHOD
- Combine warm water with milk, add sugar dry yeast. Pour in vegetable oil and egg white, whisk again.
Start adding flour in portions, season with some salt and form a smooth and sticky dough. - Transfer the dough ball into a round greased baking pan, add some more vegetable oil on top and spread the dough with your hands to fill the pan. Cover with plastic and set aside for 1 hour.
- Melt butter with spices. Slice the dough into squares and brush spicy melted butter on top. Decorate with parsley leaves.
- Bake at 220C/430F for 25-30 minutes.
