Savory tomato bread: fluffy and full of cheese!

It's so simple and easy to make. Here's a delicious bread to try! 

INGREDIENTS
 ¼ cup vegetable oil;
 ½ cup warm water;
 ½ tbsp. sugar;
 ½ tbsp. salt;
 ½ cup warm milk;
 ½ package dry yeast;
 3-3 ½ cups flour;
 1 egg white;
 ½ cup butter, melted;
 1 tsp chili powder;
 1 tsp paprika;
 sliced mozzarella, parsley for serving.
 
METHOD
  1.  Combine warm water with milk, add sugar dry yeast. Pour in vegetable oil and egg white, whisk again. 
     Start adding flour in portions, season with some salt and form a smooth and sticky dough.
  2.  Transfer the dough ball into a round greased baking pan, add some more vegetable oil on top and spread the dough with your hands to fill the pan. Cover with plastic and set aside for 1 hour.
  3.  Melt butter with spices. Slice the dough into squares and brush spicy melted butter on top. Decorate with parsley leaves.
  4.  Bake at 220C/430F for 25-30 minutes.
