Surprise cube

INGREDIETNS
250 ml of milk
300g black chocolate
200g white chocolate
1 tbsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp water
120g whipped cream
200g strawberries
 
METHOD
1. Empty the beverage carton and wash it very well. Cut the top of container, create a small box, cover with two strips of baking paper.
2. Microwave dark chocolate until melted. Cover your small box with melted chocolate and chill for 20 minutes..
3. Put the milk in a pot, add white chocolate and stir until it has melted. Add the gelatin and cook until dissolve. Then transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool until it reaches room temperature. Add the cream to the white chocolate mixture and chill for 1-2 hours. Stir in strawberries .
4. Pour the mousse into the beverage carton until it is full. Then, put it face down on a plate. Let the chocolate cube peel off the walls of the cardboard and then carefully remove the baking paper strips.
