Chocolate cubes: the dessert to serve and enjoy!

A genius method to make amazing chocolate baskets in 10 seconds! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Dark and milk chocolate;
125 g (½ cup) mascarpone;
250 ml (1 cup) sweetened cream;
Cookie crumbs;
Strawberries for serving.
METHOD
  1. Freeze large ice cubes with a toothpick or skewer in each cube.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and cool it down until it is warm.
  3. Dip an ice cube into the chocolate ⅔ way up and place on parchment.
  4. When the chocolate has set and the ice has melted a little, carefully remove the ice cube from the chocolate cup.
  5. Beat cream with the mascarpone until stiff.
  6. Fill each chocolate cup with cookie crumbs and mascarpone cream. Decorate with sliced strawberry.
