Chocolate cubes: the dessert to serve and enjoy!

A genius method to make amazing chocolate baskets in 10 seconds!
INGREDIENTS
Dark and milk chocolate;
125 g (½ cup) mascarpone;
250 ml (1 cup) sweetened cream;
Cookie crumbs;
Strawberries for serving.

METHOD
- Freeze large ice cubes with a toothpick or skewer in each cube.
- Melt dark chocolate and cool it down until it is warm.
- Dip an ice cube into the chocolate ⅔ way up and place on parchment.
- When the chocolate has set and the ice has melted a little, carefully remove the ice cube from the chocolate cup.
- Beat cream with the mascarpone until stiff.
- Fill each chocolate cup with cookie crumbs and mascarpone cream. Decorate with sliced strawberry.
