French toast cubes: a quick idea for a really tasty snack!

INGREDIENTS
2 brioche rolls
Hazelnut cream
2 eggs
50ml (1/4 cup) of milk
Vanilla extract
Butter
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon

METHOD
1. Cut the brioche lengthwise and be careful not to separate the sides. Spread the hazelnut cream, close it and cut it into cubes.
2. Mix the eggs, milk, and vanilla essence and dip in each cube into the mixture.
3. Add the butter to the pan and let it melt. Transfer the cubes and fry them until they are golden brown on all sides.
4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and coat each cube. Serve on a plate.
