Caramel french toast: an easy recipe with no oven needed!

Caramel french toast
INGREDIENTS:
Bread
Eggs
Heavy cream
Butter
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Whole milk
Brown sugar
Nutmeg
Strawberries
Icing sugar
METHOD:
1.Put the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar in a large tray and mix.
2.Place the bread slices on top of the mixture, submerge them a bit and flip each slice. Place the bread slices in a hot pan, turn them over after a few minutes and remove.
3.In a hot pan, add some butter and sugar and stir until melted.
4.Add heavy cream and stir until mixed. Add the French toast, dip and turn.
5.Remove the toast and serve with strawberries and sprinkle with icing sugar.
French toast muffin
INGREDIENTS:
sandwich bread
1 egg
150ml milk
chocolate flavored puffed rice
hazelnut spread
brown sugar
METHOD:
1. Press a slice of sandwich bread into a muffin mold after having soaked it in a milk and egg mixture.
2. Fill with hazelnut spread and puffed rice
3. Cover with another slice of bread (previously soaked in the egg and milk) and sprinkle the top with brown sugar.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
