Hazelnut cream french toast: for an irresistible snack to be enjoyed with pleasure!

INGREDIENTS
8 pieces of white toast bread
150g (1/2 cup) hazelnut cream
2 eggs
150ml (2/3 cup) of milk
50g (3 tbsp) butter
A pinch of salt
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs, a pinch of salt, and milk. Spread a generous amount of hazelnut cream on one slice of bread toast, then fold with another slice of bread. Dip the sandwich in the egg and milk mixture and turn to soak both sides evenly. Repeat the same with the other three sandwiches.
  2. Place the butter on the pan to melt, then arrange the sandwiches to toast finely. Toast each side for about 2-3 minutes, then turn, and if necessary, return the first side to bake more, if you like harder baked bread.
  3. You have a perfectly baked toast, with melted, hazelnut cream, when you get a golden brown color of the bread.
