French toast sausage dippers

INGREDIENTS 8 small sausages
8 slices of bread
3 eggs
2 tbsp milk
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying
DIP
Ketchup or Mayonnaise
METHOD
Fry your favorite sausages in a pan.
Roll out bread slices by using a rolling pin and cut off the crust.
Put sausage in one end of bread and then roll.
Now mix eggs, milk and salt and dip the rolls into this mixture.
It is now time for frying, two minutes on each side.
Serve the French toast sausage with ketchup or mayonnaise (or both).
