French toast roll ups with hazelnut cream: easy, simple and delicious!

They are quick and easy to make and a fun, finger-friendly treat for breakfast or brunch!
INGREDIENTS
slices of brioche bread
hazelnut cream
200ml milk
1 egg

METHOD
1. Roll-out a slice of brioche bread and spread hazelnut cream on it.

2. Roll it up and dip it in an egg and milk wash.
3. Melt some butter in a pan and cook the roll-ups for about 2 minutes on each side.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot!
