How to make homemade bouillon cubes

Here's how to make natural, preservative-free bouillon cubes. Prepare vegetable stock, once it is completely cold strain it through a sieve and pour into the ice cube tray. Once frozen, pour the cubes into a Ziploc bag and use them for the next risotto!
