Christmas fruit tart: easy and colorful!

Ingredients:300g flour
1 tsp salt
150g butter
300g sugar
50g ice water
3 kiwi
pineapple
200g custard cream
Candied Cherries
Cocoa
Method:
Combine flour, salt and sugar. Add butter and make a crumb, add ice water and form a ball.
Chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and place it in a Christmas tree baking form.
Bake at 390Β°F/200Β°C for 25 minutes.
Let it cool and fill with custard cream. Decorate with kiwi, candied cherries and cocoa.
