Beef tacos: crunchy, cheesy and full of taste!

A delicious meat recipe to try now!

INGREDIENTS
450g minced beef
mozzarella cheese
130g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp (3g) salt
1 tsp (3g) cumin powder
1 tsp (3g) meatball seasoning
1 tsp (3g) paprika
1 tsp (3g) baking powder
3 garlic cloves
½ onion
 
METHOD
  1. Chop garlic onion and add it to the meat together with breadcrumbs, egg and spices, mix it all together well.
  2. Do flat tortilla shaped and fill with grated cheese.
  3. Fry.
