Cabbage meatloaf: the dish full of taste to make at home!

INGREDIENTS
6-8 slices ham;
7 medium potatoes;
150 g (¾ cup) mozzarella, shredded;
6 cabbage leaves;
salt and pepper to taste.

METHOD
- Boil, peel, and mash potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Boil cabbage leaves for 7-8 minutes, let cool down, then cut off the thick part of the stem.
- Layer 6 cabbage leaves overlapping on a sheet of baking paper. Spread mashed potatoes on top, layer slices of ham and shredded cheese.
- Roll cabbage roll carefully and transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes.
