Zucchini bombs: crunchy at the outside and so fluffy on the inside!

The perfect appetizer or snack paired with your favorite dipping sauce!
 
INGREDIENTS
280g of zucchini
1 Egg
480g (3 3/4 cups) Flour
10g (2 tsp) Baking powder
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Salt
1g (1 tbsp) Chopped parsley
40g (3 tbsp) Chopped onion
5g (1 tsp) Basil
1 clove of garlic
Oil 
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl put the egg, salt, basil and garlic. Add onion and parsley.
  2. Grate the zucchinis and add to it. Pour some oil and mix. Add flour and baking powder. Mix it.
  3. With two spoons make balls out of the mixture and fry them. Serve.
