Zucchini bombs: crunchy at the outside and so fluffy on the inside!

The perfect appetizer or snack paired with your favorite dipping sauce!
280g of zucchini
1 Egg
480g (3 3/4 cups) Flour
10g (2 tsp) Baking powder
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Salt
1g (1 tbsp) Chopped parsley
40g (3 tbsp) Chopped onion
5g (1 tsp) Basil
1 clove of garlic
Oil
METHOD
- In a bowl put the egg, salt, basil and garlic. Add onion and parsley.
- Grate the zucchinis and add to it. Pour some oil and mix. Add flour and baking powder. Mix it.
- With two spoons make balls out of the mixture and fry them. Serve.
