SALAMI BASKETS: they're super delicious, they'll make your guests happy!

INGREDIENTS (for 12 baskets)
12 slices of salami
4 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
A pinch of salt
12 anchovies in oil
12 Apulian taralli
 
METHOD
1. Overlap 2 slices of salami and line the muffin molds, pressing the slices well onto the base and sides to form a basket.
2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 5–10 minutes. Let cool.
3. Place the hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Fill each basket with a teaspoon of the cream, one tarallo, and a rolled anchovy.
