Cabbage fritters: good and very easy to prepare!

You won't be able to stop at one! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1/2 of cabbage
Vegetable oil
2 onions
3 eggs
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
50g (1/4 cup) of flour
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Remove the inner part from the cabbage and cut it into small pieces. Transfer to the pot, fill the pot with water, and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion until soft.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture from cabbage and add the eggs, prepared onion, garlic, salt, pepper, flour and mix all well together.
  4. Create the balls, transfer them to the pot with oil and fry on both sides until they are golden.
