Sweet fritters: delicious and quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (4/5 cup) milk
1 egg
15g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar
15g (2 tbsp) starch
130g (1 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
 
METHOD
  1. Make a mixture of milk, eggs, starch, powdered sugar, baking powder, and flour. Whisk well.
  2. Pour into a decoration bag.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Put a ladle in hot oil. Make a flower from the mixture on a ladle. Put in hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
