Christmas fritters: sweet and delicious to serve in the holidays!

Easy and delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
880g (7 1/4 cups) of flour
450ml (2 cups) of water
500ml (2 cups) of milk
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/3 tsp of salt
lemon peel
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
15g of anise
1 egg yolk
sugar topping
120g (1/2 cup) honey

METHOD
  1. In a pan combine all ingredients except the egg yolk and sugar topping.
  2. Transfer to the cutting board and mix in egg yolk.
  3. Cut the dough into pieces and roll out each piece in a long line and wrap it in a form.
  4. Fry in the hot oil until golden.
  5. In a pan melt honey and dip fritters into it.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar topping.
