Christmas fritters: sweet and delicious to serve in the holidays!

Easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
880g (7 1/4 cups) of flour
450ml (2 cups) of water
500ml (2 cups) of milk
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/3 tsp of salt
lemon peel
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
15g of anise
1 egg yolk
sugar topping
120g (1/2 cup) honey
METHOD
- In a pan combine all ingredients except the egg yolk and sugar topping.
- Transfer to the cutting board and mix in egg yolk.
- Cut the dough into pieces and roll out each piece in a long line and wrap it in a form.
- Fry in the hot oil until golden.
- In a pan melt honey and dip fritters into it.
- Sprinkle with sugar topping.
