Sausage and red cabbage rolls: the simple and delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
Red cabbage
Sausage
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

METHOD
  1. Separate the radicchio leaves spread them out on a cutting board and remove the harder central part.
  2. Take a piece of sausage and place it on the leaf and roll them up to form a roll. Continue in this way until all the ingredients are used up.
  3. Arrange the sausage rolls on the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Add the drizzle of oil and salt.
  4. Bake the sausage rolls in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 20 minutes.
