Sausage and cabbage in a pan: you will fall in love with this recipe!

A delicious meal ready in no-time for a quick and tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
6-8 toscana sausages
2 red peppers, sliced
5 eggs
½ medium head of cabbage, shredded
3 garlic cloves, minced
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
2g (1 tsp) paprika
4g (1 tsp) sea salt (or to taste)
METHOD
- Make a cut on each sausage and remove the skin.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet set over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add sausages and cook until become lightly golden.
- Stir in sliced peppers, give a stir and top with shredded cabbage.
- Close with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Take the lid off, sprinkle with paprika and sea salt and mix well.
- Using the spoon or spatula, form 5 wells. Crack eggs into each well.
- Put the lid on and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Share between plates and enjoy!
