Cabbage rolls: cheesy and crunchy, you have to try it now!

INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage
8 sausages
8 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp pepper

METHOD
  1. Boil the cabbage for about 5-8 minutes.
  2. Divide the leaves from the cabbage and wrap the sausage into the mozzarella and cabbage leaf.
  3. Dip it into the eggs and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown from all sides.
