Cabbage cake: a delicacy you need to try right now!

Pour the chocolate batter over the cabbage, the result is amazing!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs;
1 ½ cup powdered sugar;
2 tbsp butter, melted;
¼ cup cocoa powder;
1 package baking powder;
a pinch of salt;
2 cups flour;
90 g (3 oz) dark chocolate, chopped;
½ cup vegetable oil;
½ medium cabbage, sliced thinly.
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Grease large baking pan with butter.
- Whisk eggs with sugar, vegetable oil and butter until pale. Add baking powder, vanilla powder and some salt.
- Sift flour and cocoa powder into the liquids and stir until smooth and thick batter forms. Add 2/3 of dark chocolate and thinly sliced cabbage in. Stir again just to combine.
- When the batter is done, pour it into a prepared baking pan and add leftover chocolate on top. Bake for 60 minutes and test with a toothpick.
- Let the cake cool down before serving.
