Cabbage cake: a delicacy you need to try right now!

Pour the chocolate batter over the cabbage, the result is amazing! 

INGREDIENTS
 4 eggs;
 1 ½ cup powdered sugar;
 2 tbsp butter, melted;
 ¼ cup cocoa powder;
 1 package baking powder;
 a pinch of salt;
 2 cups flour;
 90 g (3 oz) dark chocolate, chopped;
 ½ cup vegetable oil;
 ½ medium cabbage, sliced thinly.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Grease large baking pan with butter.
  2.  Whisk eggs with sugar, vegetable oil and butter until pale. Add baking powder, vanilla powder and some salt.
  3.  Sift flour and cocoa powder into the liquids and stir until smooth and thick batter forms. Add 2/3 of dark chocolate and thinly sliced cabbage in. Stir again just to combine.
  4.  When the batter is done, pour it into a prepared baking pan and add leftover chocolate on top. Bake for 60 minutes and test with a toothpick.
  5.  Let the cake cool down before serving.
