INGREDIENTS
550g cabbage
350g ground meat
30g green onions
30g dill
1 clove of garlic
50ml / 0.2 cup yogurt
Paprika
Dried onions
Pepper
Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the cabbage for 5 minutes.
  2. Put chopped green onions, herbs, garlic, paprika, dried onions, salt and pepper in the ground meat. Mix. Spread the prepared ground meat between the cabbage leaves.
  3. Put the stuffed cabbage in a mold and brush with yogurt.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
