INGREDIENTS

550g cabbage

30g green onions

30g dill

1 clove of garlic

50ml / 0.2 cup yogurt

Paprika

Dried onions

Pepper

Salt

METHOD

Boil the cabbage for 5 minutes.
Put chopped green onions, herbs, garlic, paprika, dried onions, salt and pepper in the ground meat. Mix. Spread the prepared ground meat between the cabbage leaves.
