Baked savory cakes: the end result will surprise you!

Quick, easy to make and so delicious. It will be a hit! 

INGREDIENTS
For dough
10 gr yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
250 ml hot water
3 tbsp olive oil
400 gr flour
1 tsp salt
 
For filling
300 gr chicken breast
salt
black pepper
oil
 
METHOD
  1. In a deep dish add yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, hot water, 3 tablespoons olive oil, flour and salt, mix the dough and let it rest for 60 min.
  2. In a saucepan add oil, chicken breast, salt, black pepper and fry. After doubling the dough divided into 4 collars and giving it the proper shape, coat it with olive oil, chicken breast and top with mozzarella. Bake 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
