INGREDIENTS
for the batter:
3 eggs
salt
pepper
50g Parmesan cheese
80g vegetable oil
280g flour
170ml milk
16g baking powder
50g provola cheese
200g broccoli rabe
2 cooked sausage
for the batter:

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
2. Mix in the flour, milk and baking powder.
3. Lastly, add the provola cheese and the broccoli rabe with sausage.
4. Pour the batter into a bundt cake pan
5. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
