Zucchini savory cake: you are going to love this!

INGREDIENTS
• 4 zucchini
• 200ml fresh cream
• 4 eggs
• 3 tbsp dill
•salt
pepper
• 2 cups Crème fraîche
•1 cup salted salmon, cut
• 1/2 cup  mozzarella, grated
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, for topping
 
METHOD
1. Carefully cut the top of the zucchini and clean the middle. Chop the middle of zucchini
2. Mix chopped zucchini with fresh cream, eggs, dill, salt and pepper.
3. Combine Crème fraîche with salmon, pepper and mozzarella cheese.
4. Fill the zucchini with salmon mixture, turn it over and put into baking form, pour over the egg mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake at 170°C/340°F for 35 minutes.
