Bird's milk cake: you're going to love this dessert!

Fluffy and delicious, rich of chocolate and with an incredible layer of cream, it's a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
3 eggs
125 g of flour
1 tsp baking powder
125 g of sugar
50 g of cocoa
30 g of melted butter
 
For the soufflé:
5 egg whites
300 g of icing sugar
10 g of gelatin
100 ml of water
 
For the icing:
100 g of black chocolate 50%
70 g of butter
30 ml of caramel syrup for wet
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together the flour, cocoa and baking powder. In another bowl mix eggs with sugar. Add the flour mixture into, pour melted butter and mix everything well.
  2. Transfer the dough into prepared baking pan, bake for 20 minutes at 120 ‘ C (356 ‘ F )
  3. In another bowl beat the egg whites with icing sugar, add in gelatin.
  4. When prepared dough is cool enough pour it with caramel syrup and pour the egg white mixture on top. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  5. Prepare chocolate with butter and pour it onto the cake, refrigerate for 30-60 minutes more
