Bird's milk cake: you're going to love this dessert!

Fluffy and delicious, rich of chocolate and with an incredible layer of cream, it's a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
3 eggs
125 g of flour
1 tsp baking powder
125 g of sugar
50 g of cocoa
30 g of melted butter
For the soufflé:
5 egg whites
300 g of icing sugar
10 g of gelatin
100 ml of water
For the icing:
100 g of black chocolate 50%
70 g of butter
30 ml of caramel syrup for wet
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together the flour, cocoa and baking powder. In another bowl mix eggs with sugar. Add the flour mixture into, pour melted butter and mix everything well.
- Transfer the dough into prepared baking pan, bake for 20 minutes at 120 ‘ C (356 ‘ F )
- In another bowl beat the egg whites with icing sugar, add in gelatin.
- When prepared dough is cool enough pour it with caramel syrup and pour the egg white mixture on top. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Prepare chocolate with butter and pour it onto the cake, refrigerate for 30-60 minutes more
