Zucchini Bundles: quick, easy and tasty!

You won’t be able to resist trying this fun recipe! They are ready in just a few minutes and everyone will love them!

INGREDIENTS

1 zucchini
stringy cheese
flour, as needed
breadcrumbs, as needed
2 eggs, beaten
salt
pepper

DIRECTIONS

Slice the zucchini lengthwise. Take two slices, place one on top of the other to form a cross. In the center, place a slice of stringy cheese and wrap it up in the zucchini to form a bundle. First, dip the zucchini bundle in the flour, then the beaten egg (flavored with salt, pepper and some Parmesan cheese) and, lastly, in the breadcrumbs. Fry the bundles in hot oil and serve hot!
As an alternative, you can bake the zucchini bundles at 180°C for about 15/20 minutes. You can achieve a nice golden crust in the oven by adding a bit of oil or a bit of butter to the top of each zucchini bundle.
