Deep fried zucchini: easy and quick to make!

This is the perfect side dish!

INGREDIENTS:
 
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100g ( 1/2 cup ) Greek yogurt 
  • 80g ( 4 tbsp ) Flour 
  • 1 clove Garlic 
  • 4g ( 1 tsp ) Salt 
  •  4g ( 1 tsp ) Pepper 
 
METHOD:
 
  1. Cut the zucchinis and put them in a bowl. Add salt, garlic and mix.
  2. In another bowl add eggs, salt, pepper, and whisk it.
  3. Add greek yogurt, flour and mix it.
  4. Put the zucchini slice into flour, then put it into batter and fry it. Serve.
