INGREDIENTS
 2 zucchinis
 1 red bell pepper
 200g grated cheese
 2 big eggs
 Salt and pepper
 125g flour
 
METHOD
  1. Cut zucchinis and pepper. Let it dry for some time. Mix grated cheese with eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Add dried zucchinis and pepper. Fry it in semi-deep oil.
