Orange pie: a simple recipe with a surprising taste!

So easy to make and so beautiful, everyone will ask for a slice!

INGREDIENTS
For the cream:
1 egg
60g (1/3 cup) of sugar
60ml (1/4 cup) of seed oil
1 orange (peel)
60g (1/4 cup) of plain yogurt
80ml (1/4 cup) of orange juice
170g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
8g (1/2 tablespoon) of baking powder
 
Orange jam
Coconut grains
Orange slice

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the egg, sugar, seed oil, orange peel, and whisk. Add the yogurt, orange juice and mix again.
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix them all together well. In greased mold with the flour (26cm mold size) add the batter and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Flip out the pie and spread the orange jam on top. Decorate with coconut grains and orange slices.
