Orange and white chocolate cake: a delicious treat to try!

There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING this dessert tastes!
INGREDIENTS
3- 4 Oranges
200g (4/5 cup) Butter
200g (1 cup) Sugar
5g (1 tsp) Salt
3g (1 tsp) Orange peel
30ml (2 tbsp) Limoncello
300g (2 ½ cup) Cake flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) Baking powder
6 Eggs
For filling:
Custard cream
For decoration:
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl put the butter, sugar, salt, orange peel, limoncello and mix it. Add flour, baking powder, eggs and mix well.
- In springform pan put the 4 small glasses. Peel the oranges and cut into slices. Put the slices between the glasses. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake at 180C for around 1h.
- Remove the glasses and fill with custard. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
