Chocolate and orange cake: tender and tasty

200g Dark Chocolate
150g Flour
130g Sugar
80g Butter
20ml Orange Juice
2 eggs
1 Orange, zest
1 pinch of salt
1-2 Oranges
METHOD
Mix the butter, sugar and eggs. Beat until the mixture is smooth.

Add orange juice, grated zest, flour and mix everything using a spatula.
Add melted chocolate
Line the baking form with parchment paper, sprinkle sugar on the bottom of the form and place the sliced orange on the bottom. Pour the dough on the top
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes.
