Chocolate and orange cake: tender and tasty

INGREDIENTS
 200g Dark Chocolate
150g Flour
130g Sugar
80g Butter
20ml Orange Juice
2 eggs
1 Orange, zest
1 pinch of salt
1-2 Oranges
 
METHOD
Mix the butter, sugar and eggs. Beat until the mixture is smooth.
Add orange juice, grated zest, flour and mix everything using a spatula.
Add melted chocolate
Line the baking form with parchment paper, sprinkle sugar on the bottom of the form and place the sliced ​​orange on the bottom. Pour the dough on the top
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes.
