Onion potatoes: a delicious way to cook them!

This is the perfect side dish!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 kg of young potatoes
1 piece of onion
100 gr butter
METHOD
- Peel the young potatoes, cook them in salted water. Add one head of onion to the water.
- When the potatoes are cooked, strain them and fry in a saucepan with warmed butter.
- Fry the potatoes until golden.
- Serve the potatoes and enjoy the taste.
