Onion potatoes: a delicious way to cook them!

This is the perfect side dish! 

INGREDIENTS
1 kg of young potatoes
1 piece of onion
100 gr butter
 
METHOD
  1. Peel the young potatoes, cook them in salted water. Add one head of onion to the water.
  2. When the potatoes are cooked, strain them and fry in a saucepan with warmed butter.
  3. Fry the potatoes until golden.
  4. Serve the potatoes and enjoy the taste.
