Baked potatoes: here are some ways to cook them to perfection!

Not many people know the trick to baking the perfect potato!1. Cut the potatoes in half and use a fork to score them.
2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and let them soak in water for 30 minutes. Once they have released the starch, rinse them and boil them in water with a spoonful of vinegar for 5 minutes. Then boil them in salted water for 5 minutes, this will help keep the potato cubes from crumbling in the oven and it will also reduce baking time which will allow the potatoes to get crispy on the outside and soft inside.
3. Place them in a pan in a way that they don’t overlap too much, season with salt, oil, sage, and rosemary.
4. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes
