Potato spirals: the result will leave everyone speechless!

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
1 egg
15g (2 tbsp) parmesan
40g (3 tbsp) potato starch
4g (1 tsp) pepper
15g (2 tbsp) milk
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cook the potatoes and mash them. Add the whisked egg, parmesan, pepper, potato starch and milk. Mix it all well.
  2. Place the mixture into a piping bag.
  3. Pour the oil into a pan. When it gets hot, pipe the spirals of the mixture. Fry them. Serve.
