Fluffy potato focaccia: delicious to prepare in a few simple steps!

INGREDIENTS
450ml (1 3/4 cups) of milk
7g of dry yeast
5g (1 tsp) of sugar
6g (1 tsp) of salt
1 egg white
30ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
700g (5 1/2 cups) of flour
500g of boiled potatoes
200g of cheese
Egg yolk + milk
Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a mixing bowl add the milk, yeast, sugar, salt, egg white, vegetable oil, and flour and mix. When the dough starts to form knead it with your hands to obtain a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 2 hours.
2. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them with a potato masher. Pour the shredded cheese and mix it all well with a spatula. Take the mixture with your hands and create the balls.
3. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into three parts.
4. Flatten the dough with your hands and add the middle of the previously made potato and cheese ball. Close it well on all sides and flatten it with your hands. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
5. After 20 minutes, brush the bread with egg yolk + milk and press the bread with your fingers.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, transfer to the oven, and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 30 minutes.
