Cheese focaccia: freshly baked at home in a few steps!

How to make the best cheese focaccia bread.
INGREDIENTS
350g flour
INGREDIENTS

50g semolina,
150g milk
1 tbsp yeast
75g oil
1 tbsp sugar
Salt
Filling:
500g chicken
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp dry garlic
2 bell peppers
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp cumin
½ cup parsley
parmesan cheese
cream cheese
egg yolk
black olives
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Let rise.
- Sauté the onion. Add chopped peppers, chopped chicken and spices. Cook for 5-7 min and add parsley.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll them. Put one cake on a baking sheet with parchment paper. then put the filling and sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with a second cake and close the edges of the dough forming focaccia. Pierce the dough with a toothpick and turn over. Also, pierce the dough with a toothpick.
- Grease the focaccia with the yolk. Garnish the cream with cheese and olives.
- Bake for 30 min at 180°C/350°F.
