Cheese focaccia: freshly baked at home in a few steps!

How to make the best cheese focaccia bread.

INGREDIENTS
 
 350g flour
 50g semolina,
 150g milk
 1 tbsp yeast
 75g oil
 1 tbsp sugar
 Salt
 
Filling:
 500g chicken
 1 onion
 4 garlic cloves
 1 tsp dry garlic
 2 bell peppers
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 ½ tsp pepper flakes
 1 tsp cumin
 ½ cup parsley
 parmesan cheese
 cream cheese
 egg yolk
 black olives
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Let rise.
  2. Sauté the onion. Add chopped peppers, chopped chicken and spices. Cook for 5-7 min and add parsley.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts and roll them. Put one cake on a baking sheet with parchment paper. then put the filling and sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with a second cake and close the edges of the dough forming focaccia. Pierce the dough with a toothpick and turn over. Also, pierce the dough with a toothpick.
  4. Grease the focaccia with the yolk. Garnish the cream with cheese and olives.
  5. Bake for 30 min at 180°C/350°F.
