Easy cheese focaccia: the italian recipe in a few steps!

Ingredients:
500 g (1 pound) flour;
1 cup warm milk;
25 g (1 oz) sugar;
5 g (0.1 oz) salt;
10 g (0.3 oz) salt;
80 g (2.8 oz) butter, room temp.;
200 g (7 oz) mozzarella, sliced;
egg for brushing.

Instructions
Whisk warm milk, sugar and yeast and set aside.
Combine flour with salt. Pour warm milk mixture, stir with a wooden spoon and then star kneading the dough with hand until smooth.
Start adding portions of soft butter and fold it in. Continue kneading the dough adding more butter.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and set aside for an hour or until doubled in side. Knead the raised dough again and set aside for 30 minutes more.
Roll out the dough to make a disk. Place the disk on a round baking pan, cut into squares (without cutting through) and place sliced cheese into each cut.
Brush top of the focaccia with beaten egg and bake at 200C/400F for 15 minutes.
