Giant fluffy focaccia: an easy recipe to try!

So fluffy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups flour (all-purpose)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp butter
• 11g dry yeast
• 2 cups water
• 1 egg yolk
• sesame seeds
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for an hour. Put the dough in the mold. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Place the egg yolk on the dough and grease the surface.
- Form focaccia with your hands. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
