Giant focaccia: a delicious idea for a surprising appetizer!

INGREDIENTS

• 250g flour

• 250g Manitoba flour

• 300ml milk

• 200ml water

• 70g olive oil

• 7g yeast

• 10g salt

• 1 tsp sugar

Filling:

• 200g boiled ham

• lettuce

• 300g mozzarella

• 1 tomato

• mayonnaise

• milk

• sesame seeds

METHOD

Knead the dough. Put in the form. Let rise. Grease with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180C/350F.
Cool, cut in half lengthwise. Grease with mayonnaise. Put lettuce, tomato slices, pour olive oil, salt, put slices of mozzarella, ham. Cover with the second half of the bun.
