Flower appetizer: an original idea to surprise everyone

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 ½ cups)of all-purpose flour
4g (1 tsp) of dry yeast
2g (½ tsp) of salt
2g (½ tsp) of sugar
120ml (½ cup) of lukewarm water
15ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil
8 cherry tomatoes
60g (½ cup) of cream cheese
Basil leaves, and zucchini skins for decor
METHOD
1. Whisk salt, sugar, and yeast together. Pour liquids into flour and add olive oil. Mix well until smooth dough comes together. Put the dough into a ball and let it rise for 1 hour.
2. Cut cherry tomatoes into tulips as shown in the video. Slice zucchini skins thinly to make tulip stems.
3. Roll out the dough and cut it into ovals. Brush some cream cheese over the dough base and decorate with tomato tulips.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190°C/374°F. Add basil leaves as decoration.
