Coconut and chocolate cake

Ingredients:
Coconut layer:
100 g coconut
100 g condensed milk
100 g milk
75 g butter
Sponge cake:
2 eggs
180 g sugar
100 g vegetable oil
130 g milk
135 g flour
60 g cocoa powder
12 g baking powder
Filling:
100 g white chocolate
100 g hot cream
300 g spreadable cheese
200 g whipping cream
50 g icing sugar
50 g grated coconut
Coconut layer:
100 g coconut
100 g condensed milk
100 g milk
75 g butter
Sponge cake:
2 eggs

Filling:
100 g white chocolate
100 g hot cream
300 g spreadable cheese
200 g whipping cream
50 g icing sugar
50 g grated coconut
Directions:
1. Coconut layer: pour the coconut, butter, milk and condensed milk into a saucepan. Melt everything and mix well, let it rest.
2. Prepare the sponge cake by mixing the ingredients listed. Divide into two molds and bake at 170° for 20-25 minutes.
3. Melt the white chocolate in the cream. Separately, whip the cream with the icing sugar, then add the coconut and white chocolate.
4. Assemble the cake and decorate it with the ganache.
