Coconut ganache: easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS:
250g white chocolate
200g fresh cream
80g coconut cream
PREPARATION:
Chop the chocolate and place it in a tall, narrow container.
In the meantime, heat the cream in a saucepan, and as soon as it starts to simmer, pour it over the chocolate and blend well with an immersion blender.
Add the coconut cream and continue blending until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a wide container to cool it quickly, and cover with cling film touching the surface. Let it rest in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
Whip the ganache with an electric mixer or stand mixer, being careful not to overwhip.
Transfer it to a piping bag and have fun decorating your desserts or filling cakes!
