Puff pastry appetizers: 6 ideas

Ingredients:
100 g of canned tuna
100 g of herb cream cheese
1 egg white
Smoked salmon
Pesto
Grated cheese
Goat cheese
Honey
Walnuts
1 tbsp of mascarpone cheese
Chives
Lemon cheese
Crab sticks
Corn
Mayo
Rocket Salda

Directions:
1. Tuna version: mix tuna, cream cheese, egg white, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Then use this mioxture to fill some puff pastry disks. Close and seal the edges.
2. Salmon version: coat puff pastry with a thin cream cheese layer. Cut in triangles and fill with smoked salmon. Roll to shape some mini-croissants.
3. Brush the surface with an egg and milk mixture, decorate and bake at 1180° for 20 minutes.
4. Pesto version: spread pesto sauce all over puff pastry, add grated cheese, roll up and cut in pieces to shape some fans. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
5. Honey version: place goat cheese pieces on puff pastry squares, then add honey and close the angles. Place a walnut in the middle. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
6. Salmon vol au vents: shape some puff pastry disks and bake them. Blend smoked salmon. cream cheese, chives, lemon juice and some cream. Fill baked vol au vents with this mixture.
7. Crab version: chop surimi stick, then mix with corn, rocket salda, mayo, salt, peppe and oil. Use this mixture to fill puff pastry shells.
